Probably need to have it plastic welded. Most adhesives don't stick well to plastic.

After welding or gluing, build it up with fiberglass. Birddy

Not sure about that, information technology will not stick.

Grandfield, Ok.

On the plastic truck hoods I have found smc resin will bond to the plastic. My thoughts are to utilize the smc resin with the recommended harder and cobweb glass mat will usually hold. Bounciness moma Deere for the correct stuff. Freightliner has some trunk hood mucilage which might work. When you find the right stiff report back every bit lots of broken greenish hoods effectually.

Grind out the crack, then rivet a piece of steel behind the crack that is around two inches bigger than the crack on all sides. Then fill up with a body filler with fiberglass resin in it. That is what I have done on my 8420hoods and information technology seems to piece of work well. gearhead9056

Nebraska, The land of corn and cattle

I recently bought a hot stapler and plastic welder to fix this kind of stuff, I highly reccomend both, the stapler makes a mechanical connection and the plastic welder just doubles it.
